Start out with just a simple hey, then tell her she has pretty eyes or somthing like that XD

Just walk up to her and go 'How you doin?'

just walk up to her and make a sexy face (eyebrow raised, toothy smile, wink) and say jokingly 'how you doin'?'

go from there. ask about her weekend, if its monday/tuesday ask about the one just passed, if its thursday/friday ask about the one coming. if its wednesday, try asking her about a movie, 'have you seen…?'

try joking about you and her, for example, if she hugs you, touches you etc say (jokingly) 'look, i know we are good friends but good friends dont touch each other in places like (hand, back, etc. something stupid, something that everyone just accepts as an okay place to touch).'

ask about her, dont talk about you. if she is interested (and she will be, if you talk about her to her), she will ask you about you. dont take this as an invitation to bleat on about how you were born, the first house you lived in, that time at band camp etc, keep it short and sweet, and if you know something about her, mention it in your story and she will start talking about herself.

if you want to talk to a stranger you could walk up to her and tap her on the shoulder and be like oh hi whoops sorry i thought you were my friend

or

say she has a really nice dress and you think your sister (assuming you have one) would love it
